Each day thereafter is known as the &#8220;Fourth Day.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is during these fourth days that the participant puts into practice what was learned during the weekend thus becoming a more committed follower of Jesus Christ and active church participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A major goal of Walk to Emmaus and Chrysalis is to develop a more genuine &#8220;Life in Grace&#8221; which has three primary elements:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Life in Piety &#8211; Giving our hearts to God<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grow through Study &#8211; Giving our minds to God<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Christian Action &#8211; Giving our hands and feet to God<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the Emmaus experience can never be repeated as a participant, there are many ways to stay involved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Group Reunions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community Gatherings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sponsorship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working on a Team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Emmaus and Chrysalis experience takes place over a period of three days.&nbsp;
